- Identification of critical to customer / critical to business characteristics (concept of tree diagram)
- Type of Data, Sample Size determination for a given confidence level and Data Collection Planning including use of Prioritisation Matrix and/or FMEA
- Introduction to various statistical software packages for data display and analysis like, MINITAB..
