The course is designed from the following objective

• Detail understanding of Quality Management as a separate management discipline
  
• In-depth understanding of the requirement of the standard from the implementation point of view. Standard explanations in auditing courses whether it be internal and lead auditor courses, are confined from the auditing point of view and dedicate very less time.
  
• The manager/executive should be in a position to design a quality management system on his own.
  
• The manager/executive should understand the methodology for implementation of a QMS b understanding the human, process, cultural and technology aspect of the organization
  
• He/ She should able to understand and resolve various problems during QMS implementation.
